Our transfer paper department has five flexographic machines serving the different sectors of the narrow fabric industry:

Unipaper
Printing 150mm, 300mm or special widths to suit customer needs. This is fitted with a enclosed pumped ink system to ensure optimum colour even-ness and continuity.

Design Printing any width of paper between 10mm and 300mm. These machines are fitted with web guides and tension controls to ensure ‘perfect fit’ multi colour work. We print up to 8 solid colours. All production work is carried out on a controlled basis with print drying and slitting undertaken in one operation to ensure the optimum quality.

Quality Control
Every design produced is provided with computer generated reference codings and production controls are handled using job file records taken at various stages of the process ensuring quality checks from start to end and in house records of each and every job produced.

Work Presentation
All work is fully labeled to provide a simple traceability system, each printed pack of 500 metre rolls are polythene wrapped and packed in ‘perfect fit’ cartons and export packed outer cartons to ensure safe transit to all corners of the globe.

Fabric Printing
We also operate 3 in house heat transfer machines to offer a commission print facility to UK and European Customers.

These machines are fitted with ‘state of the art’ digital temperature controllers to ensure temperature accuracy of + or - 1°C which will ensure optimum colour accuracy and continuity.
 

Company: Digital Machine

We are pleased and proud to be able to offer a full design and digital print service. This enables customers to finalise new design ideas and run first samples using digital technology. Once the product concept is selected by the end user, customers can then invest in traditional print rollers for bulk transfer paper production. Another key advantage of digital printing is the ability to run small orders without producing rollers. It should be noted however that bulk production is not cost effective using digital technology - ask for prices if you wish to compare.
